Terms of Service

StudioForge separates stems, cross-mixes vocals and instrumentals, arranges mashups and masters audio that you upload. Results are generated automatically and may vary with the source material.

• You may upload only audio you own or are licensed to use and modify in this way. Many commercial recordings are protected by copyright; separating, remixing or publishing them can require permission from the rights holders.
• You keep your rights in what you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service to you.
• You are responsible for how you use and distribute your renders, including any rights clearances they need. We may remove content and suspend accounts in response to valid infringement notices.

Do not upload malware or files designed to disrupt processing, attempt to access other users' data, bypass plan limits or the ad gate, automate access in ways that overload the service, or use StudioForge for unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

• The Free plan is ad-supported: each free download is unlocked by watching a short video ad, and daily limits apply.
• Paid plans (Creator and Studio) renew monthly through Stripe until cancelled. Switching plans is prorated. You can cancel anytime in Manage billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices and plan features are shown on the Pricing page and may change with notice for future periods.
• Except where required by law, payments for past periods are not refundable.

We work to keep StudioForge available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, add or remove features. We will post material changes to these terms on this page.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using StudioForge at any time and delete your renders. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. Sections on content rights, disclaimers and liability survive termination.
